Three Treasure Pudding

To celebrate the fickle internet working again at home here is a photo, by Rob, of the dim sum pudding I had at Shanghai in Dalston on Saturday. We ate till we were stuffed, and the bill came to less than £10 a head. The dim sum were great too. If you can’t tell from the photo, the Three Treasure Pudding is 3 layers of firm jelly with sesame, bean paste and I’m not sure what in the top layer. It was surprisingly moreish, and kind of wibbled in the mouth in an amusing fashion. If you’re in the area, I recommend going to Shanghai.
Also, they serve ‘pu erh‘ tea, which is funny if your sense of humour is as puerile as mine.
