My attempt to blog everyday has been scuppered somewhat because our internet at home has fallen over, so today you’re just getting a round-up from Google Reader. Sorry about that, normal service will resume as soon as we work out what the hell is wrong with the wireless.

  • Via Drawn! Linzie Hunter’s Spam One Liners on Flickr. I love spam subject lines and names – they conjure up all sorts of wonderful images and juxtapositions. I was saving funny ones for a while, but I’m not sure where the file went.
  • Via The Art of the Prank – short animation on how to ward off a zombie attack – Zombies in Plain English.
  • Alasdair of the Clientele with an old wolves tale.
  • Via Noisy Decent Graphics – the ghosts of houses. There’s a building on the corner of Graham Road and Mare Street like this.
  • Claptonian bigging up Clapton Vac Centre. I second this endorsement, it’s a great wee shop.
  • Via Kottke – extreme unicycling – awesome, and terrifying to someone with a fear of heights such as myself.
  • Finally, a smidge of self-promotion – I write about Agatha Christie at the Hackney Empire over at Freaky Trigger
